In the first part of this talk, we will discuss a natural growth process on permutations. This model gives rise to a new family of random permutons that we will describe through an explicit construction. 

In the second part of this talk, we will construct Markovian diffusions on the space of permutons whose stationary measures are the above permutons. These will be obtained as limits of Markov chains on permutations, and all of these processes will be integrable.
